Yakka Dee! is an animated TV series that encourages pre-school children to talk!

Each episode in Series 1 - 6 focuses on one word. It shows various visualisations of that word in a rhythmical, bouncy, humorous way! Yakka Dee! Series 6 is currently broadcasting daily on CBeebies in the UK at 9.10am.

Yakka Dee! Sounds encourages children’s language development. Series 7 takes them on their first step into phonics by introducing them to letter sounds! All episodes of this latest series can be found on BBC iPlayer!
